Los Angeles Divorce Peacemaking Blog

A Family Mediation Practice Serving

Separating Couples in Los Angeles County, Southern California

The LAFMS Team Welcomes You to the Los Angeles Divorce Peacemaking Team Blog!

Our Los Angeles Peacemaking Blog was launched on May 27, 2011. We will be adding information and links regularly, but in the meantime we already have tons of helpful information about mediation and collaborative processes on our California Divorce Mediation Blog. There we provide answers to questions about the mediation process, suggestions on how to invite your former partner to investigate the value of mediating your relationship transition, discussions on how to succeed in mediation, introductions of our mediators and their styles - and more.

Similarly, if you have questions about family law legal rights and responsibilities, and the best legal and mental health practices concerning divorce, partnership dissolution, child custody and move-away, support or property division issues, California family law statutes, recent appellate decisions, or are interested in the discussion about the potential destruction of adversary litigation, please take a look at my colleague Thurman Arnold's Enlightened Divorce™ Blog. There are some 400 articles there, and the website itself contains hundreds of original pages.

Also, please experiment with the search engine window at the top right of our website pages, using it like you would any search engine word search. It links to and includes materials on four other older and more developed mediation and family law websites, and we hope that you will find it an invaluable, free, and unique resource for those who wish to navigate end of relationship circumstances efficiently, with grace, and even constructively.
